This Pricing & Payment Policy governs all payments made on ProjeXus, a service offering operated by SADRE Solutions Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By proceeding with any payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted this policy, along with the Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the website.
1. Pricing Transparency
1.1 All prices for ProjeXus programs and services are:
- Displayed on the website, or
- Communicated through official written channels (email, brochure, proposal, or invoice)
1.2 Prices are clearly disclosed before checkout, including:
- Program fees
- Applicable taxes (if any)
- Payment structure (one-time only)
1.3 There are no hidden charges. Any optional add-ons are clearly indicated and require explicit user consent.
2. Fee Structure
2.1 Fees for ProjeXus are charged as:
- One-time payments per internship program or project cycle
2.2 Access to the ProjeXus platform, projects, dashboards, mentorship, or certification is provided only after successful payment confirmation.
2.3 Scholarships, discounts, or institutional sponsorships, if offered, are:
- Subject to eligibility criteria defined by the Company
- Non-transferable
- Not redeemable for cash
- Applicable only to the specific enrollment period
3. Taxes and Statutory Levies
3.1 Prices may be exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes, as clearly stated at checkout or on the invoice.
3.2 Any government levies, GST, payment gateway charges, or statutory deductions are borne by the user and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
4. Payment Methods
4.1 Payments are accepted only through authorized third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay.
4.2 The Company does not store or process:
- Credit card details
- Debit card details
- UPI credentials
- Bank account information
All such data is handled securely by the payment gateway in accordance with its own privacy and security policies.
5. Payment Confirmation and Invoicing
5.1 A payment is considered successful only upon:
- Receipt of confirmation from the payment gateway, and
- Reflection of the transaction in the Company’s records
5.2 Users are responsible for retaining transaction receipts and invoices for reference.
5.3 In case of payment failure or interruption, the user must verify transaction status before reattempting payment.
6. Access and Service Enablement
6.1 Platform access, login credentials, dashboards, project listings, and mentorship schedules are provided only after payment confirmation.
6.2 Issuance of access constitutes service initiation, after which refunds are governed strictly by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Failed, Reversed, or Disputed Payments
7.1 Failed or reversed payments may result in:
- Temporary suspension of access
- Withholding of certificates or deliverables
- Cancellation of enrollment
7.2 Users agree to notify the Company promptly in case of any payment discrepancies.
7.3 The Company reserves the right to reconcile payments before restoring access.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
8.1 Users agree to first contact the Company for resolution before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
8.2 Initiating unjustified or unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of services
- Blocking from future programs
8.3 The Company reserves the right to contest chargebacks with:
- Proof of service delivery
- Platform access logs
- Project participation records
- Policy acknowledgements
9. Pricing Errors
9.1 In the event of an inadvertent pricing or typographical error, the Company reserves the right to:
- Cancel the transaction, or
- Correct the price and seek user confirmation
There is no obligation to honor incorrect pricing.
10. Policy Abuse and Fraud Prevention
10.1 The Company may refuse or cancel transactions suspected of:
- Fraudulent activity
- Policy abuse
- Misrepresentation
Such actions may be reported to relevant authorities where required.
11. Changes to Pricing and Policy
11.1 Prices are subject to change at the Company’s discretion.
11.2 Changes will not affect payments already completed for confirmed enrollments.
11.3 Updates to this policy will be published on the website and become effective immediately.
