Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services, programs, and payments made on ProjeXus, a service offering operated by SADRE Solutions Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By enrolling in any program or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
1. General Policy Statement
1.1 All purchases made on ProjeXus are non-transferable.
1.2 Refunds are not automatic and are processed strictly in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
1.3 Users are advised to review program details, schedules, project scopes, and eligibility criteria carefully before making any payment.
2. Cancellation by the User
2.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing from the registered email address to the official support email ID: info@sadresolutions.com
2.2 Verbal, informal, or third-party cancellation requests will not be considered valid.
2.3 The date of receipt of the written request shall be considered the official date of cancellation.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Before Program Commencement
Cancellation requests received before the official program start date may be considered for a refund. The following amounts are strictly non-refundable:
- Registration or onboarding fees
- Platform access fees
- Project allocation or reservation fees
- Assessment or diagnostic fees
- Administrative or processing charges
- Payment gateway charges or statutory deductions
Any eligible refund, if approved, shall be issued after deduction of the above components.
3.2 After Program Commencement
No refunds shall be issued once:
- The program has commenced, or
- Any project content, dashboards, or learning materials have been accessed, or
- Login credentials have been issued, or
- A project has been allocated, or
- Any mentoring session has been attended
This applies regardless of attendance, participation level, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with outcomes.
4. No-Show and Partial Participation
4.1 Failure to attend sessions, discontinuation, or partial participation by the user does not qualify for a refund.
4.2 Absence due to personal, academic, professional, medical, technical, or internet-related reasons shall not be grounds for refund.
5. Program Modifications or Cancellations by the Company
5.1 The Company reserves the right to:
- Reschedule sessions
- Change mentors, project scopes, or delivery modes
- Modify program timelines where reasonably required
5.2 If a program is cancelled entirely by the Company before commencement, users may be offered:
- A full refund, or
- Transfer to an alternative program of equivalent value
The Company’s decision in this regard shall be final.
6. Refund Processing
6.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
6.2 Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of transaction.
6.3 The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways.
7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
7.1 Users agree to first contact the Company for resolution before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
7.2 Initiating unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of access
- Permanent termination of services
- Blocking from future programs
7.3 The Company reserves the right to contest chargebacks with:
- Proof of service delivery
- Platform access logs
- Project participation records
- Policy acknowledgements
8. Taxes and Gateway Charges
8.1 Any applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, or statutory deductions are non-refundable.
9. Policy Abuse and Fraud Prevention
9.1 Refunds may be denied in cases of:
- Repeated refund requests
- Policy misuse
- Fraudulent activity
- Violation of Terms & Conditions
The Company’s decision shall be final and binding.
10. Policy Updates
The Company reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
