This website and the services offered herein are operated by ProjeXus, a program and service offering of SADRE Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office in India (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing, browsing, registering, enrolling, or making any payment on this website or related platforms, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the services.

1. Description of Services

ProjeXus is an experiential project-based internship platform operated by SADRE Solutions Private Limited. The services may include:

• Access to live industry projects
• Virtual internship programs (typically 45–60 days)
• Mentorship and guidance from industry professionals
• Project evaluations and performance feedback
• Certification upon successful completion
• Learning materials, dashboards, and digital tools

All services are provided on a best-effort, non-guaranteed basis. The Company does not warrant or assure any specific employment, placement, income, academic credit recognition, or career outcome.

2. Eligibility and Consent

2.1 Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

2.2 Minors may access services only with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent, and such consent shall bind the guardian to these Terms.

2.3 By using the services, the User confirms that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• The User is legally competent to enter into this agreement
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if any information is found to be false or misleading

3. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

• Use the services solely for lawful and educational purposes
• Maintain professional conduct in all project, mentor, and peer interactions
• Not engage in abusive, defamatory, disruptive, or unethical behavior
• Not misuse platform access, project data, or proprietary materials
• Not submit plagiarized or fraudulent project work

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

4. Account Responsibility and Security

4.1 Users are solely responsible for safeguarding login credentials and access links.

4.2 Sharing of accounts, project access, recordings, dashboards, or proprietary materials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

4.3 The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access due to user negligence.

5. Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions

5.1 All content made available through ProjeXus — including but not limited to text, audio, video, assessments, tools, dashboards, methodologies, and recordings — is the exclusive intellectual property of SADRE Solutions Private Limited, unless expressly stated otherwise.

5.2 Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial use only.

5.3 Any reproduction, redistribution, recording, resale, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Fees, Payments, and Transaction Processing

6.1 Fees for services are clearly disclosed prior to payment.

6.2 Payments must be completed in full to activate access to the ProjeXus platform.

6.3 Failure or delay in payment may result in:

• Temporary or permanent suspension of access
• Cancellation of enrollment
• Withholding of certificates or deliverables

6.4 Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways (including Razorpay). The Company does not store card, UPI, or banking information.

7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

7.1 Refunds and cancellations are governed strictly by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published separately on the website.

7.2 Users acknowledge that initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent suspension of access and recovery proceedings, where legally permissible.

8. No Employment, Placement, or Outcome Guarantee

The Company expressly disclaims any assurance or guarantee regarding:

• Employment or job placement
• Income levels, promotions, or career progression
• Academic credit recognition by third-party institutions
• Conversion of internships into full-time roles

All outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and third-party decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the specific service
• The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by technical failures, third-party platforms, or force majeure events

10. Suspension, Termination, and Access Control

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access, without notice or refund, in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse or abuse of services
• Submission of fraudulent project work
• Activities that pose legal, financial, or reputational risk

Termination does not affect accrued rights or liabilities.

11. Modifications to Services and Terms

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue services or revise these Terms at its discretion. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
